Fage Yogurt, Salmon, Cucumbers, Tomato and Dill


Last night I made a Fage Yogurt recipe with Salmon, Cucumbers Tomatoes and Dill. It was phenomenal. And super easy.

Here are the ingredients I used for two people:
Salmon (about 1/2 lb)
Large cucumber (at least one)
Cherry tomatoes (1 pint)
Fage  Plain Yogurt (about 1/4 c)
Fresh Dill (1 bunch)

It’s Fast.  Just do this:
1. bake the salmon (410 deg @10 min per inch in height)
2. while salmon is cooking cut tomatoes, cucumbers
3. mix a tbsp dill into about 1/4 c plain yogurt
4. fold tomatoes and cukes into yogurt dill mix
5. put salad onto plate, place slice of salmon on top
