Today we’re working with bands and body weight for a total body strength training workout.

 

The warmer your muscles are, the more power you’ll have for your strength exercises so it’s best to do these exercises right after some good cardio. If you don’t have time for that, don’t worry, we still do a quick warm up in the beginning to keep you injury-free. If you want to be accountable to me for your exercises every week, send me a little note after you’ve finished the workout. I’d love to hear how you did.
