This is an exercise routine for legs and biceps

combining the squat and bicep curl, and introducing a little bit of the yoga pose, Ukatasana (chair pose), for a fun twist.

We start with an easier version. If you can do that, move on with me to the more difficult one.  In the full exercise video, these two squat sets are separated by several other sets of fun, multi-muscle group exercises.  You can download this video for keeps (and for free) on my video page.
