Our bodies and brains operate optimally when fully hydrated.

In fact, drinking as little as 3-4% less than you need can cause brain fog, reduced energy, mood swings and headaches. To be a leader or a high performer, we need to drink water regularly to be on top of our game. This means drinking water whenever, and wherever we can fit it in! (More details coming in the book.)

There’s a myth about water going around—

that you shouldn’t drink it with meals. Have you heard it? I can’t tell you how many times I have. And, it’s just not true; the human body is so much more advanced than that. It can digest food and water at the same time!

A couple of weeks ago, the Washington Post
