If you have some important things you want to get done this year, and you really want to move the needle forward, you have to give them the appropriate time and attention. Of course, that includes putting the steps to your goal into your schedule, and doing said steps.

But there’s something else you may want to consider in order to accomplish the most important things: you need to be aware of your physical and mental energy, and be protective selective and about where you spend it.
