are highly qualified and personable. All have a bachelors degree in the field as well as certifications. They love what they do and regularly continue their education.
Your plan is set by Luci, and she will be in regular touch with you and your trainer on your progress. Your workouts include LuciFit-style, core-focused, posture-focused exercises in a plan that is well-rounded and right for your body. You’ll start off at the intensity level that your body needs and work up to next levels in a way that challenges you and is highly effective for your body, yet safe. Meanwhile, you’ll work virtually with Luci on nutrition, mind-body and lifestyle change to solidify your transformation for life.
Brandi has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, she has worked with clients who have osteopenia, joint replacements, rheumatoid arthritis, and weight loss needs. She also teaches classes for a wide range of clientele to include functional training, boot camp, chair based classes for the elderly, High Intensity Interval Training, and hip hop. Along with being on the LuciFit team of trainers she works as a fitness professional at the YMCA and the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington in Bethesda, Maryland. Becoming a personal trainer has been a goal for Brandi since childhood. She is thrilled to share expertise with the community to help people change their lives for the better!
Erin has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology/ Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland. While there, she did research in body composition and maximal oxygen consumption testing of division one athletes through the Exercise Physiology department. Her senior thesis focused on the prevention of type 2 diabetes through physical activity and diet. Erin is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and upon graduating college, worked in corporate fitness as a personal trainer and group fitness trainer. Her long term goal is to attend physical therapy school to receive her doctorate. Erin’s special interest is in functional strength training for ease of movement through day-to-day life.
Kristen has a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Food Science from San Jose State University. While at SJSU, she assisted instructors with overseeing practices and games in preventative, evaluative and emergency procedures, and gained experience in establishing and progressing rehabilitation programs for injured athletes. She is certified by the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers, and along with her work as a LuciFit. LLC Personal Trainer, she is also a personal trainer at City Sport in San Jose and a Physical Therapy Assistant at OPTM Sports and Physical Therapy.
Your rate is determined according your needs, and the frequency of meetings you have each month. Fees are required in advance and on a monthly or bi-monthly basis.
