An excellent exercise for a strong back and great posture,

the swimmer is a must-do exercise for your regular routine.

 This exercise works all the muscles along the spine

to hold the back up strongly. It also works them in the opposite direction (extending back) from which they’re usually going all day (flexing forward) when we’re working on the computer, driving, taking care of kids, etc and will greatly aid in preventing a hunched forward, rounded back.

It’s also a key core exercise to put into your routine.
