Working with bands today.

 

We’ve got a playful warm-up followed by arms and legs done together with some cool, unique movements. Then legs and abs done together. Two sets to failure is enough to make great gains in strength, tone and fitness whether it’s with weights or bands and that’s what we do in this class.
