Unrealistic expectations are one of the biggest reasons people fail after starting a healthy diet and exercise plan. We need to be persistent, not impatient. Just make the right decisions when it comes to eating and exercise and then get on with your life. Fitness happens when you’re not counting the numbers on the scale every day.
